Good Location and AMAZING Staff
helpful staff excellent location frequent buses
The staff were helpful. Izzy at reception provided excellent assistance. Nell in the bar and at breakfast was equally accommodating. The hotel location has great access to the city. The bus stop is a short walk away. Buses run frequently, approximately every 15 minutes.
I noticed carpets need replacement. I also found a biscuit wrapper under the bed. This oversight affected the overall impression.

Parking was readily available and quite convenient driving to the premises. Bus access to the city centre is also simple. The bus stop is very close to the hotel entrance. The restaurant offers AMAZING views.

The dining staff was very gracious, helpful, and cute to all guests. The reception was efficient, handling requests quickly and offering helpful information. I was pleased with the team's overall performance and courtesy.

i found the room surprisingly spacious with a comfortable bed. free car parking was very convenient, as i drove quite far.
the room had no refrigerator which was a little inconvenient.

the location was ideal, boasting convenient access and ample parking. i particularly appreciated the comfortable bar area, a nice spot for relaxation. the outdoor seating area offered fine views, weather permitting!!!

amazing stay!
convenient location english breakfast fresh food
the location was super convenient. a bus stop was just a short walk away. the breakfast buffet was excellent, it had a fantastic full english breakfast with so many options. everything was fresh, and delicious, i could help myself to as much as i wanted.

A charming stay!
beautiful view helpful staff convenient restaurant simple transportation
The view from my Beautiful Double Room was genuinely beautiful. The staff were helpful with directions and local tips. I found the on-site restaurant quite convenient after a long day. The hotel is near a bus stop. It made getting around quite simple.
I noticed a small stain on one of the towels. It was a bit of a letdown.

uncomfortable gap poor pressure
I found the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together. These beds were poorly connected. This resulted in an uncomfortable gap. the water pressure was very poor, so I didn't even attempt to use the shower. I am not satisfied.
